Willow is an experienced professional with over 16 years in the Human Resources field, working with junior to senior managers on all aspects of people management and development. Her qualifications include a BCom degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Executive Development from University of Stellenbosch Business School, and EDTP SETA accreditation as a Skills Development Facilitator and Train-the-Trainer.
She has worked in the business process outsourcing (call centre); publishing; property; pharmaceutical; manufacturing; hospitality; and tourism industries. Her collaboration with other HR specialists span across Africa, Australia, India, North America and the United Kingdom.
She is registered as an HR Professional with the South African Board of Personnel Practices (SABPP); a Member of the Cape Chamber of Commerce; and a Level 4 BEE provider.
